Milk Allergies
I was born with eczema and have had it all my life. I had all the allergy tests, different salves, soaks, etc. None of the doctors I went to over the years could help me. When I was in my fifties I read an article in Redbook magazine about allergies and it said milk could be the culprit. I stopped putting milk on my Kellogg’s All-Bran and eating ice cream, sour cream, yogurt, and cheese for one month. My hand cleared up without scars and looked normal. I found the cure for me! Sometimes I will eat cheese but very little. I put soy yogurt on my cereal every morning. Ice cream, sour cream, and whipped cream will bring out the blisters and itching again.
I hope that my experience will help someone. Some people are not willing to give up the food items so they suffer. I wish I hadn’t had to wait so long for a cure.
