Gluten Allergy
I am so excited to share this information with Scratch Pad readers!
I am 25 years of age, and for the past 5 years I have been making my way through the many trials and tribulations associated with atopic dermatitis. Chronic hand eczema and the rash on my face, arms and, really, all over my body, have led me to see a myriad of professionals. From iridologists to specialists, I believe I've done it all.
Well, as chance would luckily have it, I stumbled upon a friend of a friend two months ago who told me of an allergy she had, a gluten allergy. Gluten had never been mentioned to me as a possible allergen through all my years of research and seeking help. Well, after having done my best to cut the gluten beast out of my diet, I have seen amazing results that I never thought possible. My daily routine of showering then lathering on many types of lotions has halted. Now I can skip a day or two of showering and not be totally dried out! The redness and itching have reduced, and, overall, I feel better by leaps and bounds. I highly encourage any skin sufferers to seriously explore this . . . please! I wish you all the best.
